Who we are

Webaltic builds websites, booking systems and review automation for restaurants, cafes and local businesses. You can reach us at info@webaltic.io.

What we collect

• Contact and quote requests: your name, business name, phone number, email address and what you need.
• Bookings: your name, email address, phone number and the date and time you choose.
• Message records: the confirmation, reminder and review emails and SMS we send you, and whether a review link was opened.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, manage your appointment, send confirmations, reminders and a review request, and keep records of what was sent. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Who processes it for us

Our website and database are hosted on Lovable Cloud infrastructure. Emails are delivered through our transactional email provider and text messages through our SMS provider, GatewayAPI. These providers only process the data needed to deliver our messages and store our records.

Cookies

The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Essential cookies are used only when signing in to the private Webaltic admin area.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries, bookings and message records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or unsubscribe from our messages at any time. Email info@webaltic.io and we will respond. If you are in the EU and are not satisfied, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
